Client Folder

To access the Client Folder, head to the Clients page, choose the client you wish to view, and then select the Client Folder.

The Client Folder conveniently houses all client data and measurements in one place. It contains the Crunch One Kickoff information, Food Log, Self-led Workouts, also known as homework workouts, and Progress Check. Each tab is marked in either green or red to indicate completion status.

To access previous entries or add new ones, simply click on the desired tab.

The Crunch One tab gives you access to the Crunch One questionnaire. If it has already been completed, it will be marked in green, and you will be able to navigate through it and see your client's answers. To move from one page to the next, click on the "Continue to Next Step" button.

The Food Log section is seamlessly integrated with the client app, giving you visibility into your clients’ food intake on the days they input this information.

Once you click on the Food Log, you will see a calendar on the left side of the screen, with days marked in red where clients didn’t log any food, and marked in green on those days where clients logged their food. Clicking on a day marked in red will show a note that the client hasn’t logged any food. Clicking on a day marked in green allows you to monitor your client's total daily calorie intake, as well as their intake of carbs, protein, and fat, along with specific food items consumed. On the right side of the screen, you will see specific food items logged, along with the quantity consumed. If a client skips a meal, it will be marked as “Meal Skipped.” To advise your client, tap on the “Leave a comment”. Type your note and send it directly to your client, who will receive it in real-time on the Client app.

The Workouts tab gives you a clear overview of your client’s homework workout completion, also known as self-led workouts. You can view workouts from previous packages, marked as completed, while workouts from the current package will be labeled as Active.

Click into the current package to see a week-by-week breakdown. Selecting an active week opens a detailed view of the workouts your client has logged during that period. If no workouts have been logged, this will be clearly indicated. Once a workout is completed and logged by the client, it will be marked accordingly.

This section reflects self-led, or homework workouts, which you’ve assigned through the Progress Check or sent directly to the client using Send a Workout on the homepage.

The green and yellow color codes make it easy to understand status at a glance—green indicates completed workouts, while yellow shows workouts that are currently active, and not yet completed. If no workouts have been assigned, you’ll see a clear message letting you know. And if a client hasn’t logged any workouts yet, this screen will appear instead.

The Progress Check tab keeps a complete record of your clients’ progress checks, including surveys and measurements. In the Surveys section, each entry is listed along with its completion date. The Status column shows whether a progress check is Completed, Missed, or Pending. To review any previous entry, simply tap on it.

Progress Checks are completed in two parts: one by the client in the Client App, and the other by the trainer in the Trainer App, typically during a conversation with the client.

If needed, You can send reminders to your Clients for pending progress checks by clicking the bell icon, which will send a real-time notification to the clients app. The client will receive a notification prompting them to complete their part of the Progress Check.

If the client hasn’t completed their portion in advance, the trainer can go through those questions together with the client directly from the Trainer App during the session.

The Measurements tab shows your clients’ weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements. You can toggle the view to see progress in a table or graph format.

With all these tools at your fingertips, managing your clients' progress and keeping everything on track is a breeze. Stay organized, stay informed, and keep your clients on the path to success!
