Client Profile
CLIENT PROFILE OVERVIEW
Access your client profile by tapping Profile on your toolbar. This is your central hub, where you’ll find everything you need—editing your personal details, managing your sessions and weekly progress tracker, accessing your workouts and programs, reviewing your packages and payments, and opening your Crunch folder.
You’ll also find built-in tutorials that walk you through each feature step by step. If you ever need help, simply tap the relevant video to learn more.
WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY PACKAGES?
To view your packages, click on the profile button on the toolbar and choose either the “Pay in Full” or “Subscriptions” tab, depending on the type of package you have.
Clicking on the “Pay in Full” tab will display all your “Pay in full” packages. Active packages can be found under the “Active” tab, and past packages under the “History” tab.
In the “Subscriptions” tab, you’ll find all your subscription packages, with current packages under “Active” and previous packages in “History.” You can purchase a package from this page, by tapping the cart, and completing the purchasing flow.
To return to the previous screen, click the back button.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY SESSIONS?
To view your sessions, tap “Profile” on your toolbar and select the “Sessions” tab. The “Sessions” tab tracks all your sessions, including upcoming and past ones. Confirmed sessions are marked in green, while sessions awaiting trainer confirmation are highlighted in yellow.
You can also schedule a session directly from this page by clicking on the “Schedule a Session” button. Clicking on a session will open its details, where you can choose to cancel or reschedule. If you opt to cancel, you’ll be prompted to confirm your decision or choose to reschedule instead.
If no upcoming sessions are scheduled, it will be clearly indicated on the screen. Your past sessions can be found under the “History” tab, and if there are none, this will also be shown on the screen. Be sure to acknowledge all completed sessions right after they’re finished. If there are unacknowledged sessions, your trainer won’t be able to start future sessions with you.
MY WEEKLY PROGRESS TRACKER
From your profile, you can access your weekly progress tracker. Once you click on it ,you will be able to monitor your weekly training consistency, food log completion, and homework workout completion. Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate between weeks, and click the back arrow in the upper left to return to the previous screen.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY AGREEMENTS?
The “My Agreements” tab keeps all your agreements in one place. You’ll see the date each agreement was made, and clicking on any specific entry will open an expanded view where you can review all the details.
WHERE CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?
You can edit your profile by accessing your Profile from the toolbar, and selecting the edit button. Here, you can upload your image, or replace it, if you already have an existing one. You will confirm the change with a verification code sent to your registered mobile number. The rest of the information is read-only, and if you need any changes to be made, it needs to be done by the club manager.
TUTORIALS SECTION
In the Tutorials section under your profile, you’ll find helpful videos and tips on how to use the app, neatly organized into sections for easy browsing. If you have any additional questions, you can reach out to support by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. You’ll have the option to call support or send an email.
MY CRUNCH FOLDER
You can access your Crunch Folder directly from your profile. Simply tap Profile on the toolbar, then select My Crunch Folder.
Inside, you’ll find your Progress Checks, Food Log, and Homework Workouts, also known as self-led workouts. Each of these features is explained in detail in its own dedicated video.
MY LIBRARY: WORKOUTS
Your trainer can make your workouts and programs visible to you in the Client App. To access them, tap Profile on the toolbar, then select My Workouts.
If your trainer hasn’t enabled visibility yet, this tab won’t appear. Once it’s available, tap My Workouts to view your full list of assigned workouts.
Each workout is displayed as a block. You can search for a specific workout by typing in its name in the search box, or filter the workouts by goal and muscle group split. To apply filters tap “Apply” and to go back, tap “X”. You can tap any block to open a workout. Inside, you’ll see all the included exercises. To view details like sets, reps, and other variables, tap Show Exercise Details. You’ll also find rest times listed there.
You can view everything, but editing is disabled - your trainer manages all changes.
MY LIBRARY: PROGRAMS
Your trainer can make your workouts and programs visible to you in the Client App. To access them, tap Profile on the toolbar, then select My Programs.

Each program is displayed as a block. You can search for a specific program by typing in its name in the search box, or filter the programs by goal, times per week, type, and program duration. To apply filters tap “Apply” and to go back, tap “X”. You can tap any block to open a program. Inside, you’ll see all workouts from that program, organized in weeks. To open a workout, tap on any of the blocks. To view details like sets, reps, and other variables, tap Show Exercise Details. You’ll also find rest times listed there.
