Client Profile: One View, Full Insight

The Client Profile is your hub for accessing all client information. You can easily navigate to it by clicking on the "Clients" button on the toolbar, and selecting the desired client from the Client List.

Let's explore the key features you'll find on the Client Profile page.

At the top of the page, you'll find the client's profile photo.

Clicking the "I" icon will reveal additional details, such as date of birth, and phone number.

Directly below are components of the client folder that are pending completion. The bell icon allows you to send reminders to your clients to ensure they complete pending tasks. Once you click on the bell, a notification will appear on the client app, in real time. Once all the tasks are completed, the bar will reflect this change.

The following section gives you access to the client folder,  with all the necessary documentation required to track and monitor their progress, along with access to scheduling a new session, syncing packages or adding a note. The Sync Packages feature is especially useful when a client has purchased a package, but it hasn’t shown up in your Trainer App yet. Since the app is connected to ABC, updates are usually synced automatically at regular intervals. But if you know the client has already made a purchase and it’s not appearing, you don’t have to wait, just tap Sync Packages to manually pull the latest data. Voilà! The client’s package will now be visible in your app.

For a closer look at how to use each feature, Scheduling a Session, the Client Folder, and Notes, check out their dedicated videos.

Next on, there is a series of tabs giving you access to client’s status, packages, session history, workouts and programs, and notes.

The Status tab offers a status overview of important retention components, serving as a direct indicator of client retention and likelihood of package renewal.

Within the Status tab, you'll find a table displaying crucial details.

  • Payment Status Indicates whether the package payment has been completed or is overdue, along with the date of the last payment completion.
  • Session One Status shows you ****whether the session 1 agreement has been signed.
  • Progress Check reflects whether the last progress check has been completed, and on which date.
  • Last Session specifies ****whether there has been a session completed within the past 7 days.
  • Next session tells you whether the client has scheduled sessions in the next 7 days.
  • Assigned Workout reveals ****if the client has completed their assigned workout in the past 3 days.
  • Client Session Rating provides insight into ****how the client rated the last conducted session.
  • And the Client Result Rating displays the client's rating of their results during the last progress check.

The packages tab gives you a breakdown of all the packages the client has, including package type, purchase date and package expiry. If the client does not have any packages, it will be indicated on the screen. You will also be able to see how many sessions are remaining in the package vs total.

The Sessions tab provides a comprehensive list of all client sessions both in the past as well as upcoming, including conducted and canceled sessions. You can also filter sessions by date and status using the filter icon. Filtering by date allows you to select a desired date range in which you wish to search for the session.

Simply click "Apply" to apply filters or "Clear Filters" to remove them.

The Workouts tab displays all the workouts you’ve assigned to the client to complete with you, during sessions.

The Programs tab shows a full list of programs assigned to the client, including the one currently in progress, and those previously completed. These represent structured training plans you’ve managed, not ad hoc workouts.

If you’re looking for workouts assigned to the client for them to do on their own, outside of your sessions, you’ll find those in the Client Folder, under the Workouts tab.

Lastly, the Notes tab gives you access to a database of all notes created for the client. You can view notes by clicking "View" or edit and delete them by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner.

With easy access to vital details and features in the client profile, you can ensure personalized attention and support for each client's journey.
