Completing the Progress Check

Completing the progress check is a breeze! Just head to the Client Folder, click on the Progress Check tab, and either tap the banner or the "Complete Progress Check" button to get started. The client must complete their portion of the progress check in the Client App before you can access it in the Trainer App.

The client’s progress check is divided into five steps: Client’s Experience, Client’s Goals, Measurements, Client Signature, and Trainer Signature. The first section, "Client’s Experience," is read-only and filled out by the client on their app. Just click “Continue to next step” when you're ready to move on.

In the Client’s Goals section, you'll collaborate with your client to set their objectives. This includes determining the progress check phase, workout frequency, and workout type. You can also assign homework workouts for the days they’re not training with you, and specify how many times a week they should complete them. Once you've made your selections, just click the "Confirm" button.

After answering all the questions, hit “Continue to next step,” and a pop-up will ask if you'll be using any body measurement machines. Make your selection and proceed to the Measurements section.

In the Measurements section, record the client’s latest stats, including the date, weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements for various body parts. When you’re finished, click “Continue to next step.”

To wrap up the progress check, have the client sign in the designated box, then click save and continue to the final step where you’ll add your own signature. Finish by clicking the save button.

And that’s it! Completing a progress check is now just a few taps away, right on your tablet. You’ll have everything neatly organized and ready to keep your clients on track!
