Confirming Client Booking

Clients can request sessions directly from the Client App, but the session won’t be confirmed until you confirm it from your Trainer App. Let’s walk through how that works.

As soon as a client requests a session, you’ll get a real-time notification in your app, and the request will show up in your Calendar, marked in yellow.

Until you confirm, the session will stay yellow, marked as pending confirmation,  both on your app and the client app.

To confirm, just open your Calendar, tap the yellow session, and hit Confirm Session at the bottom of the screen.

Once confirmed, the session turns purple, and your clients will receive a real time notification on the client app, informing them that the session is locked in and confirmed.

You can also confirm directly from your Notifications Center on the homepage. Just tap the bell icon, open the booking request, and click Confirm session.

Teach your clients early on that a request is not a booking. Set the expectation that the session needs to be confirmed.

And for you?

Don’t leave yellow sessions sitting in your calendar. Check your calendar frequently, and confirm fast.

A quick response builds trust, keeps your calendar clean, and makes sure your clients are never left wondering if they’re training or not.
