Food Log (Trainer App)
Client folder houses all important client information, including their food log. To open the client's food log, go to the client section, select the desired client and open their client folder. Here, you will see the food log tab which gives you visibility into your clients’ food intake on the days they input this information.
Once you click on the Food Log, you will see a calendar on the left side of the screen, with days marked in red where clients didn’t log any food, and marked in green on those days where clients logged their food. Clicking on a day marked in red will show a note that the client hasn’t logged any food. Clicking on a day marked in green allows you to monitor your client's total daily calorie intake, as well as their intake of carbs, protein, and fat, along with specific food items consumed. On the right side of the screen, you will see specific food items logged, along with the quantity consumed. If a client skips a meal, it will be marked as “Meal Skipped.” To advise your client, click on the “Share Your Note” button at the bottom of the screen. Type your note and send it directly to your client, who will receive it in real-time on the Client app.
