Homepage

Your homepage is a dynamic hub personalized to your fitness journey, helping you stay on top of your goals.

In the upper right corner, you'll find your notification section. Click on it to view all important updates from your trainer. Once you've checked your notifications, the number will disappear from the bell icon.

Just below that, you'll see your calendar, which lets you track and manage your sessions. Completed sessions are marked in green, upcoming confirmed sessions in blue, and future sessions awaiting trainer confirmation in yellow. Use the arrows to move through the weeks, and click the calendar icon for an expanded view.

Next is your progress tab, where you can monitor your weekly training consistency, food log completion, and workouts. Swipe through to see your monthly progress that shows you consecutive weeks of training, completed personal training sessions, and total home workouts.

Click on "See more details" for an in-depth breakdown, including planned versus completed sessions and food logs. Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate between weeks, and click the back arrow in the upper left to return to the previous screen.

Below the progress tab is your training board, displaying your upcoming sessions. If no sessions are booked, the screen will change to show that. You can schedule a session right from your homepage, and if your trainer sends you a package, it will appear here for easy payment.

Further down, you'll find components of your Crunch folder to help you stay on track. Your homepage will remind you to complete your progress check survey, log your food, and update your home workouts. Completed actions will be marked in green, while pending ones will be highlighted in red.
