How Do I Get a New Trainer or Staff Member Set Up With Login Access?

How Do I Get a New Trainer or Staff Member Set Up With Login Access?

Need login access created for a new personal trainer, manager, or regional staff member? Here's how to request it.

To get a new trainer, manager, or staff member set up with system access, submit a request to Enhance Tech Support that includes: - The employee's full name - Their role (e.g., personal trainer, regional VP, fitness director) - The club(s) they should be assigned to / have access to

Support creates the backoffice (Manager Suite) user account and sends back the login credentials. This is the process reflected across support requests for new trainer credentials, general "backoffice user access" requests, and credential creation for regional staff covering multiple clubs.

Details

  • List every club location the person needs access to in your request, especially for multi-club franchise groups (regional staff are often assigned many clubs at once) — this ensures the account is scoped to the right locations from the start.
  • The same request pattern covers dashboard/Power BI access changes for staff who already have an account — for example, adding an additional club to an existing employee's Power BI access. Send the person's name and the club(s) to add.
  • Some club staff have reported that trainers complete part of onboarding and access their profile directly on the in-club tablet. The exact self-service steps available on the tablet (if any) aren't confirmed in current support records — see Publishing Notes below.

Related Questions

  • Can I add more clubs to a staff member's existing dashboard access later? Yes — send the same request (name + club list) to Support; you don't need to submit a brand-new account request.
  • A trainer completed onboarding but can't see their Crunch Lite Calendar — is this related? This has been reported after otherwise-successful onboarding. See the known issue below.

Still Need Help?

If you don't hear back on a credential request, or a new trainer's access doesn't match what you requested, reply to your support ticket or contact Enhance Tech Support with the trainer's name and club(s) so the account can be corrected.

Known Issue: Trainers Can't View Crunch Lite Calendar After Completing Onboarding

Status: Investigating — root cause and fix not documented in available support records Affected: Trainer App — Crunch Lite Calendar; trainers whose profile is active, onboarding is marked complete, and who can already access their profile via the in-club tablet Last updated: 2026-08-26

Symptoms

  • Trainer account is active and onboarding shows as complete
  • Trainer can log in and access their profile on the in-club tablet
  • The Crunch Lite Calendar does not display for the trainer, even though it has worked for other trainers set up the same way

Workaround

No confirmed workaround is documented yet. If a trainer hits this, contact Enhance Tech Support with the trainer's name(s) and the club location — reports of this issue have specifically named the affected trainers and included screenshots, which helped support investigate.
