How to Request Manager Suite, Dashboards, or Trainer App Access for Staff
This guide shows you how to get a staff member set up with access to Manager Suite, Dashboards (Power BI), or the Trainer App — whether that's a brand-new account, a change to their existing access (like which clubs/districts they can see), or a password reset.
Prerequisites
Based on the requests that have gone through support, have the following ready before you reach out:
- The staff member's full name
- Their home club/location (and district, if applicable)
- Which product they need access to: Manager Suite, Dashboards (Power BI), or Trainer App
- The type of request: new account, change to existing access (e.g., adding/removing clubs from their Dashboards scope, upgrading to manager-level access), or password reset
- For Dashboards/Power BI scope changes specifically: the exact list of clubs or districts to add or remove
Note: The tickets reviewed for this article show no self-service option in Manager Suite for granting or changing another staff member's access — every example was submitted to Enhance Support directly. If a self-service admin panel exists for this, it should be added here (see Publishing Notes).
Steps
1. Contact Enhance Support with the request
Email ensupport@enhancetech.io, or loop that address into an existing email thread if one is already underway. Include everything from the Prerequisites list above.
2. For new hires, submit the request as early as possible
If a new trainer already has clients scheduled or waiting, get the access request in before their start date. In one reviewed case, a new trainer had 17 clients waiting on a schedule that couldn't go live because she hadn't yet been added to the Trainer App — submitting the request earlier avoids this kind of delay.
3. For Dashboards/Power BI access changes, be specific about scope
If the request is to change which clubs or districts a staff member can see in Power BI (for example, adding new locations or removing clubs they should no longer have visibility into), list the clubs/districts to add and the clubs/districts to remove explicitly, rather than describing the change generally.
4. For Manager Suite access, specify the level needed
State plainly whether the person needs standard manager access, elevated/manager-level "status, access, and controls," or access limited to a single location. Include the club/location name.
5. Wait for confirmation from Enhance Support
Support will confirm once the account is created or the access change is made. If a request seems delayed, reply on the same email thread rather than opening a new one, so support has full context.
Verify It Worked
- The staff member can log in to the relevant product (Manager Suite, Dashboards, or Trainer App).
- For Dashboards/Power BI: the clubs/districts shown match what was requested, and any clubs that were supposed to be removed no longer appear.
- For Trainer App new-hire setups: the trainer's schedule is visible and clients can be booked against it.
Common Issues
- New trainer's clients can't be scheduled yet: Confirm the Trainer App access request was submitted and completed — clients can't be scheduled against a trainer who hasn't been added yet.
- A member record can't be found in Manager Suite even though the member exists: In one reviewed case, a member wasn't returned by search until a staff member edited a field on her record (the phone number) and saved it twice — the member then appeared. This is not a confirmed fix, and it's unclear whether it applies broadly (a separate ticket described a newly-signed-up member also not being findable). Treat this as an unconfirmed workaround, not a documented solution — see Publishing Notes.
- A trainer's account shows clients or data from the wrong club: Contact Enhance Support directly with the trainer's name and the club(s) involved. Only one such case was reviewed here and no resolution details were available in the source ticket, so no fix can be documented yet.
