Known Issue: Calendar Sessions Not Showing or Out of Order in the Trainer App

Known Issue: Calendar Sessions Not Showing or Out of Order in the Trainer App

Status: Investigating Affected: Trainer App (primary), Manager Suite calendar; trainers and club/personal training managers Last updated: 2026-08-26

Some users are experiencing problems where scheduled sessions don't appear where they expect, appear out of order, or a manager's calendar visibility drops out unexpectedly. Here's what we know so far and how to work around it.

Symptoms

Ticket review shows several distinct symptom patterns grouped under calendar visibility/syncing. They may have different underlying causes — see Cause below.

  • Sessions scheduled outside a trainer's set availability don't show on the phone app, but do show on the tablet. Trainers report that sessions booked outside their "open availability" or normal working hours are missing from the session calendar on their mobile phone, while the same sessions display correctly on the in-club Enhance tablet. One ticket described it as: "Any unfunded or any session scheduled outside the 'open availability' will not show on my phone app. So, I cannot see my actual schedule at home."
  • Sessions in MONTH view are not sorted by time. In the session calendar's MONTH view, sessions for a given day are listed in what appears to be random order instead of chronological order. This has been reported more than once with the same description.
  • Sessions disappear or get canceled unexpectedly. At least one trainer reported that sessions were being canceled and deleted — visible both on their own Trainer App and on the corresponding client's app — without the trainer canceling them.
  • Client removed from an external roster (e.g., ABC) still shows on the tablet. A trainer removed a client who is no longer training with them from the "ABC Calendar" (the club's member-management/billing system), but the client continued to appear on the in-club tablet's schedule.
  • Sessions booked in Enhance don't appear in the club's external scheduler (MOSO). One club reported that sessions scheduled by trainers inside Enhance were not showing up on the MOSO scheduler used by the front desk/club side.
  • Specific team members can't access the Lite Calendar even though other trainers at the same club can. A manager reported several named team members with no visibility into the Lite Calendar and could not identify a permissions difference on their end.
  • A manager's own calendar visibility cut out suddenly, on both their personal calendar and the Manager Suite calendar, while trainers at the same club retained normal access — suggesting an account-specific rather than club-wide problem in that case.

Cause

The ticket data does not point to a single confirmed root cause — these look like several distinct problems that all surface as "I can't see a session/calendar" and get logged under the same subcategory. Based on what's in the tickets:

  • The phone-vs-tablet discrepancy for out-of-availability sessions suggests the mobile app may be filtering the session list by a trainer's configured working hours/availability window, while the tablet view does not apply the same filter.
  • The MONTH view ordering issue looks like a display/sort bug specific to that calendar view.
  • The MOSO and ABC-related reports point to sync timing or mapping issues between Enhance and those third-party/franchise systems, rather than a Trainer App bug per se.
  • The Lite Calendar access-by-team-member issue and the sudden loss of a manager's own calendar visibility both look permissions- or account-configuration-related, but no root cause was confirmed in the sampled tickets.

This section needs engineering/SME verification — none of the sampled tickets contain an internal root-cause note or engineering explanation; the above are inferences from symptom patterns only.

Workaround

Option 1: Sessions outside working hours/availability missing on phone

Check the session on an in-club tablet or have a manager check it in Manager Suite. Tablets have been reported to correctly show sessions that don't appear on the trainer's mobile phone app. There is no confirmed fix for the phone app itself yet.

Option 2: Sessions out of order in MONTH view

No workaround confirmed in the ticket data. If you need sessions in time order, check a daily/list view if your app offers one, or cross-check against Manager Suite.

Option 3: Missing/stale sync with ABC or MOSO

No workaround confirmed. If a removed client is still appearing on a tablet, or a session booked in Enhance is missing from MOSO, report the specific example (client name, session date/time, club) to support so the sync gap can be investigated — engineering has requested concrete examples in at least one case.

Option 4: Specific users can't access the Lite Calendar, or a manager's calendar visibility drops out

No workaround confirmed. Have an admin double-check that the affected team member(s) are set up the same way as team members who do have access, then escalate to support with the specific account name(s) if no difference is found.

General: sessions canceling/deleting unexpectedly

No workaround confirmed — treat as a bug report and escalate with specifics (which sessions, which trainer/client accounts, timestamps).

Fix Timeline

No committed fix timeline is available from the sampled ticket data. Recommend engineering triage to determine whether these are one bug or several, and to prioritize accordingly (see Publishing Notes).

Still Having Issues?

If you're seeing a calendar visibility or syncing problem not described above, or one of the workarounds above doesn't resolve it, contact Enhance Support at ensupport@enhancetech.io (or submit a ticket from within the app) and include: - Which app/view you're using (Trainer App mobile, tablet, or Manager Suite) - The specific session(s) or client(s) affected, with date/time - A screenshot if possible

Note: ensupport@enhancetech.io is the correct address for all Enhance-related support requests. One sampled ticket showed a customer using an outdated "Crunch Support Ticket URL" or a different platform's support address (Engage Pro) by mistake — if you were given either of those previously, use ensupport@enhancetech.io going forward instead.
