Other Causes of Missing or Inaccessible Client Workouts (Duplicate Accounts, Ratings Gate, and More)

Other, less common causes of missing or inaccessible workouts

The three main causes of "can't see my workouts" issues are covered in Articles 1–3 (blank Personal Training tab, locked onboarding tiles, and trainer-to-client sync failures). This reference article covers several additional causes that each appeared in the ticket sample, but with only one or two confirmed instances — not enough volume yet to justify a full troubleshooting article, but distinct enough (and plausible enough) to document so they aren't missed or mis-diagnosed as one of the more common issues above.

Each item below is based on limited evidence (as noted) and should be treated as a lead to investigate, not a confirmed pattern.

Duplicate member accounts blocking Personal Training access

A member signed up under two separate accounts, and the duplicate prevented the app from letting her into her Personal Training section at all. If a member has ever re-signed up, has two barcode IDs, or support finds two profiles under similar names/emails, check for a duplicate account before troubleshooting the app itself — merging or fixing the account mapping is an Enhance Support action, not something the member or club staff can do from the app.

Being forced to rate a trainer before viewing past sessions

A member reported that the app requires rating the trainer for every session before letting them view session history — including past sessions — and that this was blocking them from seeing their PT session record. If a member says they "can't see past sessions" specifically in the context of a ratings prompt, this may be a UX/gating issue rather than a data/sync problem, and worth distinguishing from Articles 1–3.

Evidence: 1 ticket (422916796664). Needs confirmation on whether this is intended product behavior or a bug.

Personal training sessions not being recorded/tracked reliably

One member reported that their PT sessions "aren't being recorded" via the app at all, describing the app as generally unreliable for keeping a record of their program — distinct from a single missing workout, this is about session history/logging not being trustworthy over time.

Evidence: 1 ticket (409797120242). Too little detail to determine root cause; flag for SME if this recurs.

Training plans not syncing to Apple Watch

A member reported that their training plan isn't syncing to their Apple Watch. No further detail (e.g., whether the plan is visible on the phone app but not the watch, or missing everywhere) was included beyond a screenshot.

Evidence: 1 ticket (423681183944). Not enough detail to write a troubleshooting path — flag for SME/engineering if more reports come in, and get a screenshot/description of exactly what does and doesn't sync.

Can't access the booking flow to schedule with a trainer

One member reported the app wouldn't "let me open up" to book a session with their personal trainer — distinct from not being able to see already-scheduled sessions or assigned workouts, this is specifically about the booking/scheduling entry point.

Evidence: 1 ticket (412525515973). May overlap with Article 1's blank-screen pattern; not enough detail to confirm.

Still Having Issues?

For any of the above, gather as much detail as possible (screenshots, exact tap sequence, whether it's reproducible) and escalate to Enhance Tech Support (ensupport@enhancetech.io) — these are one-off reports and none has a confirmed fix in the current data.
