My Crunch Folder
You can find your Crunch folder by tapping “Profile” on your toolbar, and heading to “My Crunch Folder”. Inside, you’ll find your Food Log, Workouts, and Progress Check. Each tab is color-coded. Green for completed and red for pending, to easily track your progress.
To view past entries or add new ones, just click on the appropriate tab.
In the Food Log section, you can log your daily meals, allowing your trainer to monitor your nutrition via their app. For more guidance, watch the Food Log video.
The Workouts tab gives you access to the homework workouts your trainer assigned, also known as self-led workouts. Make sure to log and complete these workouts regularly to stay on top of your fitness routine. For more details, watch the My Workouts video.
The Progress Check tab tracks your progress with detailed records of all assessments, including surveys and measurements. You can view past progress checks or complete current ones here. For instructions, check out the Progress Check tutorial video.
You can access your Session 1 Agreement at the bottom of the page by clicking on "View Session 1 Agreement."
