My Workouts
You can access your homework workouts directly in your client app. These workouts are assigned by your trainer during your first session and at each progress check, and they’re designed for you to complete on your own on the days you’re not training with your personal trainer.
To find your homework workouts, also known as self-led workouts, tap Profile in the toolbar, open your Crunch folder, and select Workout Log. If all assigned workouts are logged, the icon will appear green. If your most recent homework workout is still pending, the icon will appear red.
When you open the Workout Log, you’ll see all your homework workouts, organized by training period. Each tab represents a set of workouts assigned at a specific progress check.
- Active shows the workouts currently assigned to you, and
- Completed shows workouts you’ve already finished.
Opening Active Workouts will display all homework workouts for your current training period. Workouts you’ve logged will be marked Completed, while those still waiting to be done will remain Active.
To log a workout, tap on the assigned workout and select Mark as Completed.
To log a new workout, tap Log New Workout, choose the date, select the workout from the dropdown, and tap Confirm.
