Notes

The  Notes feature is your go-to tool for keeping track of all the important details about your clients. Having everything at your fingertips ensures you're always prepared to give your clients the best experience possible.

To add a note, start by navigating to the client’s profile. Tap "Clients" on your toolbar, select the client you want, and open their profile. From there, click on the "Add Note" button. A new screen will appear where you can type your note and add a title—making it easy to find later.

Once you've finished writing, simply click "Save" to secure the note in the client's profile.

To review or manage existing notes, head over to the "Notes" tab in the client's profile. You'll see a list of all your previously created notes, which you can expand to view in full. Plus, you have the option to edit or delete any note as needed.

Remember, these notes are for your eyes only and won’t be visible to your clients.

Keeping thorough notes means you're always one step ahead in personalizing your client's experience. It's a simple way to stay organized and make every session count.
