Progress Check (Client App)

You can access your Progress Check by opening Profile and tapping on My Crunch Folder. If your most recent progress check has been completed, the icon will appear green. If it’s still due, the icon will appear red.

When you open the Progress Check tab, you’ll see a full history of all surveys and measurements you’ve completed since joining. The Surveys tab lists every progress check survey along with its status:

• Completed surveys are marked with a green Completed label,
• Missed surveys appear with a gray Missed label, and
• Pending progress checks are highlighted with a yellow Pending status.

To complete a due progress check, tap Start Progress Check. Answer all the questions in each section, then tap Continue to Next Section to move forward. Once all sections are complete, tap Submit to finalize your progress check.

In the Measurements tab, you can review all recorded measurements along with their dates. Switch between table view and graph view to see your data in the format you prefer, and use the arrows to navigate between different dates.
