Schedule a Session
You can easily request sessions directly from the app. On the homepage, tap Schedule a Session to get started.
If you have an active package, it will be automatically selected, and your trainer’s name will be pre-filled. Next, choose the date for your session. Use the arrows to move between weeks, or tap the calendar icon to open an expanded calendar view.
Once you’ve selected a date, choose an available time slot and tap Next. You’ll then see a summary of your session details, including the time, trainer’s name, package, and package code. To finalize your booking, tap Schedule a Session.
Note that requesting a session is not the same as scheduling it. Once you’ve requested a session, your trainer will be notified, and the session will appear in your calendar with a yellow status, indicating Session Requested. Once your trainer confirms, the status will turn blue, showing that your session is confirmed.
With just a few taps, your next session is booked. Simple, seamless, and fully in your control—so you can stay consistent and keep moving toward your goals.
