Scheduling Crunch ONE Kickoff

You can schedule your Crunch One Kickoff and complete the Kickoff Questionnaire directly from the Trainer App. No more paperwork, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

How to Schedule a Kickoff

From your Homepage, tap Schedule a Session. Kickoffs are only for new members who haven’t yet purchased a package.

To find a specific member, Type in their name, email, phone number, or member number.

Once you’ve found a member, select Crunch One Kickoff as the event type, pick the date and time, and tap Schedule a Session. The client will get a notification in their app right away that the crunch one kickoff has been scheduled.

Crunch One kickoff is only available for clients who haven’t completed it yet.
