Scheduling Session One
Scheduling Session One follows the same process as scheduling any regular session. The key difference is that the system automatically recognizes the first paid session from the client’s first purchased package as Session One—and this session will have the Session One questionnaire attached to it.
Session One is a major milestone: it’s your client’s first paid session, which happens after they’ve completed the Crunch One Kickoff and purchased a package.
You can schedule Session One directly from your Trainer App in a few different ways:
- From the homepage, by tapping Schedule a Session.
- From the calendar, by tapping on the desired slot, and completing the booking flow, and
- from the client’s profile, by selecting Schedule a new session.
To schedule Session One from the homepage, tap Schedule a Session and select the client. If the client has completed Crunch One and purchased a package, the system will automatically assign this booking as Session One, pulling it from their first paid package.
Next, choose your preferred date and time, and finalize the booking by tapping Schedule a Session. The client will receive a notification in their Client App confirming the Session One booking.
If you’re scheduling from the calendar, simply tap the desired time slot, fill in the details, and confirm.
You can also schedule Session One directly from the client’s profile. Open the client list, select the client, and if Session One hasn’t been booked yet, you’ll see a Schedule Session One banner. Tap it and follow the same booking steps.
This seamless process helps you stay organized, keeps your clients on track, and ensures everything is set up for a strong start—so they can focus on what really matters: crushing their fitness goals and enjoying the journey.
