Sending a PIF Package to a Client
Renewals and conversions can fall through the cracks. Not because clients don’t want to train, but because the process isn’t seamless. The Send Package feature fixes that. It lets you send packages to your clients right from your trainer app, making conversions and renewals frictionless.
To send a Pay in Full package, tap the packages icon on your toolbar.
Start by selecting the package type. Choose the client you wish to send the package to. You can search by typing in their name, email, phone number or member number.
After selecting the client, choose the session duration, number of training sessions and package details. Tap next, and before sending, you’ll see a full summary of the package. Double check everything looks right, then tap Send.
The client gets a notification on the client app, and they can go ahead and either complete the payment or decline. Once they complete the payment, you’ll get notified in your Trainer App.
There are a few situations where the system won’t let you send a new package:
- If the client has a Pay in Full package with a pending payment
- If they have a Subscription package with a pending payment
This is to avoid overlap and confusion, so the system has your back. This feature ensures clients never run out of sessions, and makes their renewal process easy. When renewals are simple, clients are more likely to stay consistent, and less likely to disengage.
