Sending a Subscription Package to a Client

You can now send Subscription packages from your Trainer App, with downpayment options and flexible billing start dates. It’s fast, clear, and client-friendly. Let’s see how it’s done.

To send a Subscription package, tap the packages icon on your toolbar.

Start by selecting the package type, In this case - subscription.

Choose the client you wish to send the package to. You can search by typing in their name or email.

After selecting your client, set the session duration, number of sessions per week, and downpayment option. Tap Next to review the full package summary, and customize the first billing date. You can start billing the same day, one week from today, or choose a custom date from the calendar. Once everything looks good, tap Send.

Your client will receive a notification in their app. From there, they can either complete the payment or decline. They’ll see a clear breakdown of the amount due today, along with all upcoming billing dates and amounts. As soon as they complete payment, you’ll get a notification in your Trainer App.


There are a few situations where the system won’t let you send a new package:

  • If the client has a Pay in Full package with a pending payment
  • If they have a Subscription package with a pending payment

This is to avoid overlap and confusion, so the system has your back.
