Set as Busy
Set as Busy feature in your trainer app lets you block off time in your calendar for anything that’s not a session, be it a team meeting or another responsibility. This gives you a clear visibility of your schedule, prevents clients from booking over your unavailable hours, and helps you stay on top of everything - without missing or forgetting important tasks.
Here’s how to use it.
Just like booking a session, you can access this feature from
- The Homepage, by clicking on book a session, and selecting Busy Event tab, or
- From Your Calendar, by tapping Book a Session, or tapping anywhere in the calendar.
After you’ve opened the booking flow, click on Busy Event,
Select the type of non-session time. You’ll see a dropdown with preset reasons, based on your club.
Single lets you book one time slot, with the option to repeat it as a recurring booking. Select the date, time, and If you don’t want it to recur, keep the repeat sessions toggle off. Need it to repeat? Tap “Repeat Blocker”, select for how many weeks you want it to repeat, and on what days.
Selecting “Multiple” allows you to book several different time slots in one go. Select Multiple, then tap the time blocks you want in the calendar. To unselect a slot, tap it again.
Next up, You can add notes to any agenda blocker - perfect for logging key details you don’t want to forget. Once you are done tap add new. You can add multiple notes, and edit or delete them anytime.
Once you’re ready, tap Set as Busy. You’ll see a final pop-up to review or tweak the details. Once you’re ready, click confirm.
Blocked slots will appear in your calendar.
Need to check those notes later? Just tap on the blocker in your calendar - they’re all right there.
If you want to delete an agenda blocker - no problem. Just go to your calendar, tap the blocked slot, and hit “delete event” to remove it.
- The Set as Busy feature is great for blocking hourly slots, not full-day breaks.
- While you’re marked busy, clients won’t be able to book you, so only block the slots you need busy.
