Stopwatch/Timer
To make your sessions run smoothly, we’ve made the stopwatch and timer tools super easy to access during your workouts.
Once you start a session, open the workout tab, and tap the icon to access the stopwatch and timer.
For the timer, head over to the timer tab. Set your time by turning the dial to your desired interval. The digits are for hours, minutes, and seconds. For example, if you need a two-and-a-half-minute timer, just set the minutes to 2 and the seconds to 30. Hit play, and the timer will count down. To stop it, just click the stop button. You can also go back, and view the timer and the workout at the same time.
For the stopwatch, hit the play button to start timing. Want to mark a lap or split? Just click the flag icon. Need to pause? Simply tap the pause button.
You can view both timer and stopwatch while the session is running, while viewing the workout.
If you happen to leave the session page but the session is still running, don’t worry—you’ll see a banner at the bottom of your screen showing that the session is in progress, along with the timer and stopwatch info.
And there you have it—timing your sessions made easy! Now, go ahead and keep your clients on track, and remember your workouts as fun and effective!
