Trainer Profile

Let’s talk about something that can make or break how you show up as a trainer - your profile.

This isn’t just your name and photo. It’s about your business performance, and your relationships with your clients, all rolled into one.

Let’s take a look at how to make the most of it. You can access your profile from the Profile button on the toolbar.

On top you will find your name, and your ratings.

After each session, clients can leave ratings and comments directly from the Client App.

Tap here to view the full list of feedback and reviews. These ratings are also shown to clients, under your trainer profile, that they can access from the client app. Before any comment is made public on the client app, it must first be reviewed and approved by your manager to ensure it aligns with the gym’s quality and professional standards.

As a trainer, you’ll still be able to see all client feedback, approved or not, within the Trainer App, right here, under your profile. These trainer-visible comments don’t require manager approval because they’re shown only to you. It’s a valuable way to stay in tune with your client experience, build trust, and continue improving based on real feedback.

Head over to the Live Stats tab to check your current month's performance in real time.

A progress bar shows how close you are to hitting your session hours and revenue goals, and can see both percentages and actual numbers.

The Session Hours Summary gives you a clean breakdown of all sessions for the month, organized by status, like completed and paid, approved, cancelled not charged, cancelled-charged, sessions in dispute, and completed kickoffs, all summed up for total achieved session hours.

This helps you see exactly how your month is going. For example, if you notice a high number of client-cancelled sessions, it’s a good time to follow up and re-engage those clients. If you see a lot of sessions marked as free, you can check if those clients have converted or need a push toward purchasing a package.

The Trainer Revenue is Coming Soon! Stay tuned for updates

tab gives you real-time and projected insights into your revenue and commissions. All information will be displayed within a given pay period.

  • Month-to-Date Trained Revenue shows the total value of sessions you’ve delivered so far this pay period. Keep in mind that this reflects revenue, not your personal earnings or take-home pay.

  • Projected Trained Revenue estimates how much revenue you’re expected to generate by the end of the current pay period, based on sessions already booked in your calendar. Again, this refers to total revenue, not commission.

  • In the Commission section, you can get a quick estimate of your earnings. Just enter your commission percentage, and the app will calculate your Month-to-Date Commission, based on sessions completed up until today. This is an estimate of your earnings up until today, from the start of the current pay period

Projected Total Commission is an estimate of your commission until the end of the current pay period, if all upcoming booked sessions are delivered by the end of the pay period.

This tab gives you a clear picture of your performance - both what you've earned so far and what’s on the horizon. Use it to stay motivated, set income goals, and make informed decisions about your schedule. The more intentional you are with your sessions, the more control you have over your results.

If any sessions are waiting for client acknowledgment, they’ll appear under the Not Acknowledged tab. We walk through this in detail in a separate video, but here’s the quick overview: To mark a session completed, you’ll need to start and end it in the trainer app. Then, the client needs to acknowledge it on their end through the Client App. If they haven’t acknowledged it yet, this session will be under the Not Acknowledged tab. You can send them a reminder by tapping “Notify Client” and they’ll receive a real-time notification prompting them to confirm the session. Once everything’s acknowledged, the tab will let you know you’re all clear.

In the Sessions tab, you’ll find a full history of your sessions, all, upcoming and past sessions. Use the filter icon to sort by time frame, date, or session status.

Apply your filters and view the results, and clear filters to remove them and see all sessions.

For settings, tap the button in the upper-right corner.

Under your profile section, you’ll find your basic profile info, like name, email, phone number, and club.

Next up - changing your passcode. If you ever need to update it, here’s how.

Open the change passcode block, enter your current passcode, type in the new passcode, and confirm it by re-entering it once again.

That’s it, you’re locked in with a fresh new passcode.
