Unfunded Sessions

Sometimes, your client hasn’t paid yet, but you know they’re consistent with their training, and you don’t want to risk giving away their regular slot.

That’s where unfunded sessions come in. They’re a smart way to keep your schedule organized and running smoothly, even when payments are still pending.

Think of unfunded sessions as placeholders. You can’t start and end them, and they don’t count towards your targets. They are there to hold that slot in your calendar. As soon as the client completes the payment, unfunded sessions become funded, and you are able to start and end them.

For example, let’s say you scheduled 2 unfunded sessions, and then the client bought a 12-session package. Those 2 sessions become automatically funded, and the client will have another 10 remaining sessions in their package to be scheduled. Always double-check your calendar, and make sure the session is funded before you train.

This feature gives you flexibility without messing with your numbers. It helps you stay on track, keep your calendar clean, and deliver a seamless experience for your clients, without letting payments slow things down.
